With grease drainage holes for heathier cooking, the half and half Plancha cooking surface is ideal for all types of cooking. Fry eggs on the flat side while grilling sausages and bacon on the ribbed half. A removable pot stand is also included, along with a convenient utility tray for condiment and tool storage.
