The Wild Country Murlan Elite 2 is a fully recycled,
four-season geodesic backpacking tent engineered for expedition teams, mountaineers and
year-round wild campers who demand exceptional stability and dependable protection in extreme conditions.
Inspired by the iconic Quasar, it delivers robust structural strength and practical comfort for two people.
Constructed using recycled, PFC-free flysheet, inner and groundsheet fabrics, the Murlan Elite 2
meets modern sustainability standards while maintaining excellent durability. The
20D Nylon Ripstop Silicone/PU flysheet (4000mm HH) and
5000mm HH recycled groundsheet provide reliable waterproof protection for winter, alpine and
prolonged wet-weather use.
The geodesic frame, supported by four 8.5mm Superflex alloy poles, distributes
load evenly to withstand high winds and heavy snow. The inner-pitch-first system ensures
controlled pitching during harsh weather, while two doors and
two generous porches offer excellent access, storage and ventilation.
With a 220cm × 140cm sleeping area and 100cm headroom, the interior provides
comfortable living space for extended expeditions. The Easy Pack system simplifies both pitching
and packing, particularly useful in cold or windy conditions. Despite its rugged build, the tent maintains a
practical minimum weight of 2910g and a 44cm × 22cm packed size.
Equipped with ten Dyneema reflective guylines and 20 alloy V-angle pegs,
the Murlan Elite 2 ensures secure anchoring and improved visibility in poor light. Backed by a
lifetime warranty and two-year accidental pole replacement policy, this tent is
built for serious adventurers who require long-term reliability in extreme environments.
